What we do
We are the direct point of contact for our international subsidiaries and business partners. We support them in creating the optimal conditions to serve their target markets with a portfolio of products and services from Frama AG. In doing so, we reinforce our commitment to meeting the high standards of the “Swiss Made” mantel. We develop suitable marketing strategies, sales tools and campaigns for each country. When developing new markets (e.g. India), we first establish contact with possible trading partners, consult with them and support them with the roll-out of new solutions.
Our product management team spots new trends and converts customer requirements into specific products and services. With our key account management, we provide professional support for the most important sales partners in each product and service area.

We introduce new customer projects into the Technology Department, and with the acquisition of customer orders we play a large role in making sure our technical operations are fully utilised.
The Marketing & Sales Department consists of Chief Sales Officer (CSO), sales & marketing managers and team services marketing.
