The transfer and management of sensitive information as well as the billing and administration of monetary data and customer accounts are among our key competencies. After all, our data centres form the basis for the smooth operation of our services and those of our customers. Therefore, the protection of our data centres and the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data are at the centre of our business activities.
Integrated management system
We consider quality and environmental management, information and occupational safety as basic prerequisites for successful business activity. Therefore, we operate comprehensive, auditable processes in an Integrated Management System (IMS) and have partially certified them.
- Information Security certified to ISO 27001 based on IT basic protection to ensure a permanent and adequate protection of the respective business units against risks and breaches of information security. Its requirements include, but are not limited to, maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, as well as the accountability of individuals with regard to the use of information and data protection regulations.
- Quality management certified to ISO 9001 in order to ensure that our products and services permanently meet customer requirements and thus achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction. This fulfilment of customer requirements also includes compliance with the applicable legal requirements for the products.
- Environmental Management according to ISO 14001 to optimise our products and services ecologically within the bounds of what is economically viable, to ensure compliance with the applicable legal requirements and regulations for the products and the manufacturing processes, and to minimise the environmental impact associated with our business activities.
- Occupational Safety according to ISO 45001 to protect the life and health of our employees and to take all safety measures that are necessary according to experience, applicable according to the state of the art and appropriate to the given conditions.
