Sales & Key Account Management

We are the direct contact for our subsidiaries and business partners. By providing close support and advice, we ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge and make a valuable contribution to high customer satisfaction and compliance with our worldwide quality standards in pre-sales, sales and after-sales. Our sales team personally looks after global key accounts and is committed every day to optimally fulfilling the individual needs and wishes of our international clientele.

Marketing Services

Our tasks are manifold and range from the development of creative concepts and market cultivation strategies to the provision of sales tools, documentation and video tutorials. We are responsible for the content on this website, manage translations, define corporate design guidelines, manage global social media channels and coordinate international campaigns. Our marketing team consists of a team of competent employees with different qualifications, knowledge and strengths as well as a mediamatics apprentice EFZ with focus on project management, marketing and digital media.

Finance & Administration

As an internal service provider, we primarily provide all necessary financial and human resources so that all activities can be carried out in the usual high quality and planned projects can be completed. We ensure that the foundations are in place and thus make our contribution to the success of the company. Our employees perform their tasks in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, human resources and administration.

R&D, Technology & Engineering

We develop, test, operate and maintain the data centre space for the accounting of sensitive and monetary data. Our core tasks also include developing and ensuring the operation of franking machines, tax meters and value printers as well as the development and maintenance of web-based platforms such as Serema. The R&D, Technology & Engineering department currently consists of more than 20 qualified employees with comprehensive know-how in software development, systems engineering, testing, project management and release management.

Supply Chain & Operations

Our core task is the worldwide procurement of materials and cost-optimised production of our franking machines, tax meters and value printers as well as downstream customer support. We support our customers, subsidiaries, partners and specialist dealers in second-level support for technical questions and problems. The consistent use of powerful IT systems (SAP, Solidworks 3D-CAD, Lab View) enables us to implement our processes with a high degree of efficiency and to optimise them continuously. The Supply Chain & Operations department employs motivated people in a wide variety of fields such as supply chain, production, engineering, tariff management, RRC services and customer support.

Facility Services

We plan and coordinate all assembly and renovation work and are responsible for the maintenance of the building and the entire infrastructure, such as tools, electrical installations, lighting and equipment. Our team consists of dedicated employees who roll up their sleeves day after day to create an optimal working environment.

Integrated Management System

easysteps consulting is responsible for the implementation and further development of the Integrated Management System as well as for the monitoring of tasks and processes. With their work, they ensure smooth processes and make a central contribution to the successful achievement of objectives for the entire Frama Group. The team guarantees compliance with the internationally certified ISO standards in the areas of information security and quality management. Furthermore, easysteps consulting implements the requirements of data protection, environmental management and occupational safety.
